Esthetics
Based on the Danish organ tradition Skandinavisk Orgelcentrum has successfully managed to combine the traditional and beautiful craftsmanship according to the best cabinetmaker principles with the living sound and a nice round intonation, making the entire sound picture neither aggressive nor flagrant.A church organ should be the instrument, which in the most beautiful way supports the song of the congregation at service, baptism, burial and wedding and at the same time can be used as an instrument of concert to the joy of the listeners and the practicing artist.
Intonation
The genuine, living sound is however only possible if the basic material of notes is present!
Just like an organ pipe may have a softer or more aggressive sound with a pallet of sound colors, our material of sound must contain the entire sound spectrum. This is made possible by more than 50 years of research in the electronic technology. This gives us a concept, where each individual tone in each stop may be individually intonated according to the conditions of the room. This means that the intonation will take more time, as each individual tone must be adapted to the unique acoustic of the room
Where in the case of pipe material you will often see a limitation in the flexibility, e.g. when a desired strength of sound brings three rows to shake, we will often be able to achieve a detailed adaptation to the room, making it easier to eliminate undesired resonances and individual tone may easier be adapted to a difficult acoustic.
But we must underline that we can not change the laws of nature!
